208 Lbs today, 5 weeks of working out. Have gained a lot of strength and lost 16 Lbs since the first of the year. now into 34" Levis down from tight 36".
today's workout.
Squat 155 5,5,5,5,5
OHP 90 5,5,5,5,7
Lat pull down 145 5,5,5,6,6
Incline sit ups 12,10,12
Plank 30 40 30
Cardio 15min
