Wow, it has been 21 days since my last pound was logged. I am now at my next level downward to my goal weight. It is a slow process yet it took years to allow myself to get this way. Now don't get all upset with me because I am being truthful. Honesty is the only way anyone can face the truth. I look forward to seeing my next lower number. I know that it will come because I have changed my entire attitude toward food. I am on the best plan for me. Yes, I am avoiding wheat, still. No cravings, no boring diet, no pain in my body, no more severe itching, and my blood pressure is much improved. I wish I had known how wheat products were harming me way back when I began gaining weight...years ago. Thank God I now know!!!
