Today is so busy, running errands, groceries, family outings can't wait till the day ends. As a result lunch was limited to (2)cans of Atkins Advantage shakes. Not the best lunch in the world but keeps me legal with carb count. I will have to incorporate some higher carb vegies for dinner to meet goal.
