Still flat...I guess no news is good news!
Now that I've set myself a new goal I can be far more critical of the food I'm eating and setting stronger plans in place. I'm certain that these last 3 kilos are going to be killer to get rid of and sacrifices will need to be made. What my plan is all week days is to keep calories under 1100 and net carbs under 20. Will continue to do extended daily fasts. Weekends will let loose a bit.
118.8 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
