Back to the gym. 15 inutes treadmill, 10 minutes - bike, 4o reps abd - but ate like I wsn't even watching my intake. I have to realize that just be cause I'm going to the gym - I shouldn't be overeating. Defeats the whole purpose. Bad Bad KFC
174.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
