felt very proud this week i am now down to 13st 13lbs :) ...down to the next stone!!!!! So happy!!!! :) I also went shopping and got a new dress as i went home for a night out. I got my dress from new look and i managed to into a M when io originally tried on the XL. It felt so nice to be able to ask for a smaller size! I am def on the road to success and i'm going to keep it up. 2lbs a week is great for me and i love the fact i feel sexier and it shows :)

195.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
