Lisa Kay's Journal, 16 June 2011

I finally started the second Phase of Atkins, OWL, on May 30 with strawberries and Marcona almonds (Had been on Induction since February 28). Since then I've also added blueberries. I guess it is working well so far, I've lost 3 pounds since then!

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 June 2011:
957 kcal Fat: 66.97g | Prot: 60.48g | Carb: 31.60g.   Breakfast: atkins caramel shake. Lunch: nova smoked salmon acme, pate, whipped cream cheese, Caribbean Lime Salmon, green beans, Aged Parmesan Crisps. Dinner: blueberries. Snacks/Other: cream, Coffee, splenda packet, Sugar Free Caramel Syrup. more...

Congrats on being at a point where u can move into Owl :) I still have a long way to go im afraid I would love to be below 200lbs b4 my next bday. Again great job!

Thanks!! I've been inspired by watching your progress during the challenge! I admit I had hoped to lose more on Induction, but my progress seems about the same since I've added the berries and nuts--I think I will stay at 25-30 carbs until I can get another 5 lbs off.
