Urrgh! What a bad week to start a diet! I started on Wednesday, and that was all fine and dandy, apart from my hunger headaches, but I know that thats just my body getting used to the reduction in food. And it is vast. Thursday was my friends birthday party, I stuck to my diet all day at school, but the evening was a write off diet wise. Too much cake and BBQ food, but, I must say, alot of dancing, so I guess that contributed a little. Friday, I was very good, I ate my usual breakfast of weetabix, then although I had 3 sneaky biscuits, they were fruit ones, and I didnt eat until 1:25 which is lunch time at school. This again is all well and good, but I went to a club friday night, and had Two WKD's, a Smirnoff Ice and a bottle of Bulmers Cider and then in my tipsieness, had three slices of pizza. So another write off. But I have been very very good today, and I intend to stay within my 18 WW points.
I really hope to keep this up for a long time. (The good work, not the bad)
