not a good time for my scale to break ! I can't get an accurate reading and its frustrating me! what's worse is you are supposed to stick with the same scale the whole way through ... grr now I'm really nervous about this ...243 was one of the high numbers my scale showed... it actually showed me meeting my goals but I don't want to put that and have to take it back
243.4 lb Lost so far: 93.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
