It seems that ever since I started to pay attention to my food intake and writing it all down I have stopped my weight loss. I have been exercising 5 days a week minimum and I am always under my RDI for the day so what the hell is going on??!!! Maybe I should stop paying attention to what I am doing and come back in 2 weeks for a weigh in and then I will know if this is good for me or not...
SO frustrated...
