Ok - working at smaller goals - maybe then I will feel like I have gotten somewhere. Back on track now - at least I didn't gain anything while I was "off and ignoring" what I ate. Must mean I am making better choices and on a positive note, I now know I can maintain once I hit my goal. I'd like to be down to goal by the end of September - and then set myself a new goal - 10 pounds at a time I think after this!!!!
