It's Thursday, March 5th, 2015.... I am ready for change. I have felt too mentally/physically/emotionally drained for too long and I am sick of feeling this way! It's almost Spring and I need to START a new regime. A new outlook and new habits with good healthy food.
I'm thinking about going to the gym and start seeing a personal trainer to get me back on track, maybe once a week?
I'm at my heavist I've been in a loong time and I don't like the way I feel, I don't like the way I look and I don't like the way I perceive myself as a failure.
