Diet is going great, feeling a lot better. More overall energy during the whole day with no spikes. I started doing intermittent fasting as well, this is my second day doing it and I've had a mild headache all day. I fast from 8pm until noon, then usually eat all my calories before 8pm. I need to eat more veggies, so far I'm doing ok without them. My first weigh in will be on saturday 3/17/15. Exactly one week after starting this diet.Its hard not to weigh myself, but I'm determined and i know I'm on the right track. Already feeling thinner.
