Starting Ketogenic diet 2/28/15
Plan is to get from 215 pounds to 184 with less than 15% body fat.
Second attempt at trying this diet.First time I lasted 16 days and lost 9.5 pounds but gained it back after eating unhealthy again.
Feeling good, I can finally eat my bacon and whole eggs with no worries ;)
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
