Somebody Else's Journal, 04 March 2015

Biked, 8/8 (hardest) setting, 20 minutes, 5 minute intervals with 10-30s rest: 5m 17kmph, 5m 20kmph, 5m 22kmph, 5m 25kmph, 1:37 30kmph.

Did my usual 4 mile walk with a guy I know locally, but we went a bit further. We were out for 1 hour and 40 minutes, give or take.

Ate WAY too much shite. (carbs and sugar, everything else is good) Seriously. I need more self-control, lately. It's a running pattern... after a lot of my fast days, I end up eating a load of carbs the next day, ... crap sugary ones, too. :\ OK, so it's a treat, it's not something I do every day, but I have to wonder what damage it's doing. Today I took in a touch over 150g of sugar and that is sickeningly high. All I had was a small bag of nuts (unfortunately with some lil bits of chocolate as well - didn't realise when I bought it in the shop _--_) 2 small chocolate ice creams, and one of those bags of Aero ball things... God they were heavenly. *_* This shit adds up, I guess.

Hopefully I can stay focused tomorrow. Not gonna lie, I am struggling a bit... not just with food, but with a lot of things. Only so long I can be strong, focused, and doing all these things before my legs start to wobble and I fall on my arse. xD
