First journal entry! <3

This is the 3th day of my own custom diet. I don't really know a lot about food, but I've decided that I'm going do something about my weight. Too long I've postponed getting in shape and eating healthy.. no more!

I did do some preparations during 2014, to be honest. I've already quit my snacking and junk food habits. And I've tried a bunch of different foods I never ate much before, just to figure out what I like and dislike as an adult (instead of just clinging to the things I liked as a child >_<;).

So. I now know I can avoid snacking if I eat enough during regular meals, and I know I like white rice. Rice is also cheap ( •ॢ◡-ॢ).
Thanks to some "reliable" internet sources, I now "know" that I need carbs and protein and fat, even though carbs and fat sounds rather bad at first. I'm aiming for 50% carbs, 25% protein and 25% fat, which sounds alright to me, but I don't really know what I'm doing. ღゝ◡╹)ノ♡

I'll also run a bit every day, just to keep the net calorie thing in the negatives.
