How does one know what they're ideal weight should be? I've been shooting for 200lbs because it's a nice round number, but I've actually lost weight since starting this new "weight-gaining" program. I'm consistently hitting 200-500 less than my RDI so I understand this is most likely the culprit, but to eat 3900 calories of clean, quality foods is ridiculously hard.

I think the RDA on this site is wrong, to be honest. Says my RDA of calories is 3000 WITH weight loss and exercise! Ha. No way in hell I'd get any real loss, unless I absolutely gunned it or were going for muscle gain. I aim for 2000kcal, sometimes leave it at a little less. Anywho, I will judge my ideal weight by a mix of BMI, muscle mass, and aesthetics.
