I don't know how I lost 5 pounds, but I am indeed pleased. I thought I was going to tip the scale to over 200lbs, because I certainly feel overweight; inaddition, I have been eating lots of chocolate candies as well as a whole bag of doritos yesterday. This coming Sunday is Father's day and I plan to feast on a few delights, including hagadazs icecream bars and maybe klondikes, and whatever else my desires fancy. Definitely not a good sign to want to loose weight. However, stay tuned, because I continue to exercise and try to eat right most of the time.
