Day 2 at fitness center - 20 min on bike, 10 min on treadmill, 30 reps arms and 20 reps abs. Downfall - mac salad
174.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
