Thanks! Not on any real diet, just trying to watch calories and cut down the portions. I work in North Dakota and live in one of the man-camps up here that serve there own food. They don't really have any portion control and will load up a plate if you don't tell them to not to. Since I don't have a way to cook for myself up here, it's pretty much the only option I have other than eating out all the time. I have been up here for about 2 1/2 years and really put on some weight since then. I was already around 375 prior to moving, (10 years of sitting behind a hotel desk let it creep up there pretty far). Trying to get down to at least 280 and then go from there. (6'4" btw) Thank you for the support!

Thats a real diet! It doesn't have to be complicated. There is a lot of out side of the box ideas about weight loss, especially with fads and gimmicks, but the reality is that a calorie is a calorie. Keep doing what you're doing!
