I am planning on walking to work for the next few weeks, (1.5 miles each way) to help strengthn my ankle as well as get moving a bit more. Got my reusable water bottle out of the back of a cubby and bought some heathly foods (no junk food in the house!). I am on a mission to get back on track. This injury really made me open my eyes and figure out that I need to get moving.
