Day 2
10 min walk (warm up)
4X (1 min run, 1 min walk)
15 min stretching

Total distance dog walking = 6km.
115.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
