I am up!!! I am get back on track..although my first entry doesn't reflect it!!! on the road without a lot of food choices....

I will not faulter...Not for the rest of the day.....to quote a famous movie line "As God is my witness I will never go hungry again!!!!"

Hurry up Spring!!!! Here comes all the spring veggies and decaf tea...I can't weight!!!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
