I have added whole wheat bread, baked potatoes, and pinto beans. I am not eating as many veg. as I was earlier but I feel the balance is close to right.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
