Today i have consumed almost all liquids!! (600 calories) but 25 of the calories were from vitamins/supplements. I will try and eat 800> calories a day. I know the first few days will be difficult. Today was day 1 and... it isn't terrible..yet. I dunno i will have to wait and see. I was very hungry at school but then i ran in 7th period (track) and haven't much appetite. I ran approximately 4 miles. It is almost 5 pm and i don't plan on eating until breakfast tomorrow.
