Accountability is key in my taking the right path to being a healthy person; making the right choices, being motivated to shed the fat on my body and feeling stronger. I don't have anyone to workout with and getting a personal trainer turned out being the best decision for me. Two workouts and already, I feel very sore but stronger and motivated nonetheless. My mantra for today is "just do it"
