Oh god am I sore. My entire body hurts...it hurts to move. I'm going to Bikram and know that i'll feel much better for it. Haven't had any cravings but find myself thinking of comfort foods at night.

Beginning are always tough. Hang in there my friend. Remember to not over do it .... start gradually. I know when I started weight-lifting 2 months ago ... I actually started some lifts at the least weight possible. It was a wise move, because now I'm at the maximum weight for some lifts.

Thank you Glen. It just so happens that I over did it and was so sore it hurt to move for two days straight. It's 85% better today and I'm looking forward to logging in a few workouts this week. I will definitely heed your advice!

I hate to change my routine (which everyone should do) because I discover new muscles, which creates new aches. So, when I'm consciuous .... Everything new is taken in baby steps until my body gets a chance to figure out what's going on. Most children start school in kindergarten (elementary level) to learn the basics .... Then as they grow the more challenging it gets ... so I think it is with muscles. Be kind to your body Liz ..... It will love you more, and hurt you less.

With all of the snow we have in Chicago it's hard to get out and exercise much less go outside. Spring is coming and then we can get out again!
