Another days meals have been consumed, and I'm proud to say I stayed on track. Exercised today too. Everyday I eat right and stay active is a success! Even if I do have a slip up, I've had more days where I've succeeded than failed. Getting ready for my camping trip next week. It's been so hot I barely wanna eat. Or only wanna eat cold food. Gonna have to get creative with cold veggie dishes that actually taste good.
