Happy Saturday to All


Today is a beautiful day! Just got back from a 2 mile walk with my daughter and then had a yummy salad for lunch. Feeling good today.

So my bouncing weight of 229-227 settled today at 228 for my weigh in. So down 1lb from last week. Yay 1 pound. I am learning to be okay with being a slow loser. I will give it another week at the higher fats, protein, and calories and then I think I will go back to being at the 1500 calorie range. I seem to lose the same and don't feel so stuffed. I will also try eating smaller meals every 3 hours as that has been suggested to me. I am willing to try that.

Even though the scales are moving slow, have your measurements gone down? Are your clothes loser? I'm losing slow now also, but I'm getting there. I sure do feel better, and I feel like I'm swimming in my jeans. Maybe the smaller, more frequent meals will give you a boost! Maybe I ought to try the same! I wish my Saturday was beautiful. We just can't seem to get rid of this rain. I went out to work in the garden Saturday morning, and another huge thunderstorm came through, and dumped 2 inches of rain on us! This morning, it's storming...send some of that beautiful weather up this way, would you:)!Kim
