Kinda weird, but I swear when I eat chocolate I lose weight. xD Granted, lately I've been eating very good quality chocolate, mostly cocoa.
Anywho, things are looking promising.
Almost 200g of carbs today. Lowering carb intake has been fantastic for me, but I keep having the occasional day where I go too high. I've been targeting the 100-150 mark, which seems to work well enough. I don't end up as bloated if at all, I retain less water... yeah, it's good. Just need to keep at it more.
It's annoying that yummy things are so damn carb-full. I have a tendancy of focusing too much on calories, during the day, until I come on this site, then get a reality check. This site is amazing for that. xD
