OOOOOOOoooo...new workout stuff with a personal trainer. I am sore for the first time. He is tough but sweet...well, not like carbs but close enough I guess. My stamina is much better and my energy level has increased. I don't get as fatigued and sleepy. I can plank for a solid minute! Satisfied.
273.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
