Today is Friday - one hour doing water arobics, good workout. Then went shopping, looking for a new bathing suit, no luck yet in my price range !!! Tomorrow I will weigh in and record for the week. Plan on walking in the morning with my neighbor. Hope I have another loss in the morning. Sue has started on a diet, 2 healthy drinks/day and regulard main meal Hope this works out for her.

Hello Marymimi, I'm happy to be your buddy. I am doing Atkins. I see you do your on diet. I have tried that and it does not work for me. I lost 114 pounds in 2002 and have gained it all back minus 20 pounds. I was 260 in 2002. I love this way of eating cept I do miss pizza and chips. Oh and chocolate! I love the water too. We have a pool and we have been working on it to clean it so we can use it. This year it has been harder than usual to get it clean. I love water so much that when it does get clean I will almost sleep in it! LOL Them bathing suits are very high priced I only have to put shorts and a white tee shirt and and jump in. Well I don't jump in. At 60 I would probably break my neck :-) Glad you and me are now buddies :-) marylouise
