Keeping on track with tracking - planned some meals and that has been really helpful. I also try to sit down to eat, and that gets my pets on a schedule too. I have a parrot who loves the social time at dinner - I read him my facebook messages and show him some of the pictures while we eat. Figured out he was off his feed and it must have to do with the lack of attention and variety that he gets eating in his cage. He has been used to coming to the dinner table every night for over 30 years and we have to get back into it, even though it is just me and him. I do have people over about once a week too.

This month's average intake is trending down calorie-wise and trending up in the "real" foods. So maybe as the days get longer the calories will continue to go down and weight will follow.
