Very strange day YESTERDAY….CAFFEINE is a DRUG….Since my 8 day water fast i think my body is clean as a whistle. I had some chocolate frozen yogurt on Sunday and around 4 PM yesterday I had a massive horrid caffeine reaction. Sweats and a pounding pounding headache. Felt tooooo bad to move else I would have gone into hospital.

But earlier in the day had real good run and gym work!! Bad part of day …since i was sick I had few calories and it showed in my lower weight this morning. YIKES
189.6 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It also could have been blood sugar. I hope your eating some healthy foods and not just water each day. Good lean protein is so important, otherwise, you will lose muscle. The more muscle you lose, the slower your metabolism becomes, the harder it will be to lose in the future and maintain your losses. When we lose weight, we lose fat, water and sometimes muscle. Protein helps us build muscle and maintain our muscle on our bodies. Take care!
