My upper body is soar, but I'm loving it. Feeling in good spirits now that I'm attending the gym. Funny thing, I couldn't find a parking spot at the gym yesterday, that never happens. I'm hoping that more people are wanting to get healthier/fit and not that is just a resolution that will soon fade.
