Well I just keep going up in weight. Decided to download the fs app on my phone so I can make better choices on the go and while at college.

Good luck to you! It is difficult to make better decisions, but you can do it. Reducing the carbs is the best way for me, though I still need to check some decisions, too, it seems everyday!

Plan ahead! I fail the most when I am hungry, stressed and don't have a healthy option ready. It makes those quick to grab choice farther out of reach if you don't even have to go near them because you have a better option on hand. Also drink water, sometimes those temptations are because you are thirsty and your body is used to taking food in instead of water. If you are thirsty you have waited to long to drink water.
