Started eating right program on June 1st. I've lost 13 lbs from June 1st to July 3rd by choosing better and adding a regular exercise program. I have not cut down on the amount I eat. I started FatSecret on June 30th and enjoy seeing other low calorie foods to eat and the recipes.
