Since starting back Jan 2015 I hadn't done any strength training. I started last week. I'm disappointed I only lost 2 lbs. I normally gain a few pounds when I start lifting weights. Of course its not due to gaining fat. But I guess any loss is better than none at all.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
