Keeping up with the riding. Now up to 30 mins for the past two days. Pleased with that. Making a little more progress every day. Just wish the scales would reflect a bit more on what I'm doing exercise wise. I've gone from a totally sedentary life 3 months ago where I was binge eating - eating lollies and chocolates every single day, lots of carbs etc to exercising between 60-90 mins per day and sticking to less than 2000 cal and low carb. Used to be once upon a time I would lose weight a whole lot faster that this. Nowadays it's a fight for every gram. But I shall persevere!
