e niente, un po' bloccata.... ma settimana scorsa è stata un trambusto e questa sono tornata in italia... da lunedì si ricomincia a pieno ritmo :)

io vado avanti così, una o due settimane ferma, e poi scendo tutt'insieme. Secondo me ormai t'è rimasto così poco che il metabolismo rallenta... vedrai che tra qualche giorno tornerai a scendere. :)
