Yesterday was a very hot day; 96 degrees. Our rowing tour was rescheduled for today, so we went to the botanical gardens and zoo instead. We walked around for a few hours, and had a great experience.I felt like I was following the induction diet pretty well. I did gain one pound, but I don't consider that a significant fluctuation. I've been drinking water and coffee this morning, I am a bit dehydrated from all of the sweating in the SC heat, I started my period 2 days ago.... Any or all of those factors could cause a change in body weight. I'm still using cream in my coffee, but I'm using less. I cut my caffeine intake in half. I've had a terrible headache since I went to bed; maybe caffeine withdrawal, maybe dehydration or both.
Today is rowing day, so I think I'll enjoy the exercise.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
