So far, so good. I cut the half & half serving from 4 servings to two. I'm also slowly decreasing my coffee intake; today I am drinking 3 cups instead of my usual 6. I've lost 3 pounds since I started a few days ago. I did a workout on the first day, yoga on day two, rested on day three and today I'm going rowing.
