Everyday I blow my diet and think tomorrow I'll start over.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

You've got to get out of that habit. Just try for one strong day and don't worry about the next one. Once you have something to build on you'll get stronger.
