Ate a buffet as dinner today. Although I try to stick to low fat food, I still can't control the calories I'm eating in. But I expect at least 2000kcal in that huge feast I had eaten just now. Got to work extra hard tomorrow with strict diet control to lose the fat I gained today. And to all fat secret members, buffet is a killer. Avoid it if you can.
