Despite eating a huge (8oz) Prime Rib dinner out last night (for Valentine's Day) I managed to go down.
Mind you I do have a slight allergy to beef so what went in, most came out.....(tmi?, sorry)
Hope everyone has a great weekend and those here in Ontario and Alberta, Happy Family Day Weekend, to everyone else and those in ON and AB, Happy Love Day tomorrow!
211.4 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
