Feeling pretty good today. Went out last night for a VIP night here in Branson for a new restaurant that will be catering my husband's show in April. Terrific Italian food. I was very careful about asking for small portions. Sampled a few things, hadn't had pasta in weeks, so it laid heavily on my stomach but it was tasty!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
