Got a workout schedule!! Monday, weights and cardio...Wednesday, Pool...Saturday, weights and cardio...after the pool yesterday, I'm really feelin' it!! Woo Hoo! Best part of pool days is the relaxing 20 minutes in the jacuzzi afterward :) Discovering little ways to reward myself is making this journey much more enjoyable.
