A decent drop this morning, more than half lb. Feels like things are getting back on track. I tried on a shirt yesterday that just a month ago was much too tight. It's still a bit tighter than I like, but it's wearable. Reinforces my observation that I seem to be losing more inches lately, even if the weight is moving slower.

Running late getting a meal plan together for today. I am shopping today though, and have some good items in the produce drawer still...should be okay as long as I don't let myself get too hungry before meals/snacks. That's when I get in trouble, when I'm hungry and don't have a plan.

You can help stave hunger with things like nuts, or even a protein shake.

That's where my planning comes in. I generally plan out everything in advance and eat on a pretty regular schedule. If I'm busy and don't have a plan, though, the hunger can sneak up and if I don't have my healthier choices readily available I'm more likely to crave bad foods. Most of the time I'm not having cravings, but if I'm hungry and looking for something to eat, and see something sugary, those cravings come on fast.
