I have been angry over the last two years. My mom was diagnosis with cancer in 2013 and she flew through the first round of chemo no problem. Her last treatment was in January of last year. Then my Dad die in Feburary last year a month after my mom was told no more chemo until further notice. Fall of 2013 I was determine to get back on track, but I was watching my mom get better and my dad shrink away. As a result I turned to food due to the stress. I been watching 40 dollars fly out of my account for the gym, which I was never using. I decided this week to start going twice a week and doing yoga at home the rest of the week. Praying that I can get back on track, I have put on the 23 lbs I lost 7 years ago. I have a goal of 15 lbs lost by time the 5k comes around in June.
