Marymini's Journal, 04 June 2011

Today is my 6th day and so far I am doing OK for the week. Will record my weight on Monday and hope that I don't do any overeating between now and then. I really like this idea of doing everything online, so much easier than carrying a journal/diet/calorie books around. Looks like I goofed yesterday and forgot to do my journal for the day -- went to Lifestyle and did water arobics for an hour !!! It was really great getting back and I'm planning on doing it 3x/week - Monday, Wednesday and FRiday and maybe an extra day on Thursday.

OH MY !! Went to an ABWA High Tea this afternoon. Very hard to figure out amounts that I ate cince everything was in small pieces so my calorie count is ending on the high side today but it really isn't as high as it was calculated. I'll just be more cautious tomorrow to make up for today's extras.
